Not over busy, but waited 40 minutes from ordering food to receiving it. Second time of visiting and service has not improved, will not use again. Much changed, service faster, waited 5mins today 3/11/23, food piping hot, not overcrowded but busy. Enjoyed.
Went to kfc today. The girl who served me was excellent . I was in kfc Longwater about 14:00. I asked the same girl who served me she was cleaning the tables. We had the 6 piece bucket and large popcorn and a burger. I asked the girl what seasoning was on the chips. She went and asked managers. I heard them tell her they did not know. I think they should know. I googled it and found what it was. It also says on that website you can still order normal fries. It does not say that on the self service machines. Also I think the Pepsi max should be either Pepsi max raspberry or mango flavour.. my partner said the ladies toilet was not clean as should as it should have been. I also think there should be place for ppl who have issues with mental health . Like my self I don’t like ppl being near me. Thanks
Got a takeaway this afternoon. Chicken were juicy and fresh, fries were properly seasoned. Service was prompt, staff were friendly. One of the best KFC I’ve ever had.
Came in this evening to find it very busy, had a little bit of a longer wait than usual, great customer service from Kye in particular.... I'd say he is a very valuable member of the long water team
Spaceous, clean and good service. As you see in photos, there are plenty of seats and table outside as well. Although it was bit busy, but I was served very quickly. Thanks for the hard working staff out there.

I love my kfc but late last year a visit to longwater resulted in luke warm chips staff standing around not interested and overall not an enjoyable visit. Result no more visits for us. Today I gave this one more try. I was met by CARL a happy person who was friendly and professional and served us well. The food was delivered really quick and the meal and chips were pipping hot ( I am impressed with the flavouring of the chips), this was followed with coffee overall an enjoyable meal and experience. This is what KFC should be as I have been using this company for over 45 years today I was impressed. Thanks Satisfied customer.
